The purchaser acknowledges that:
- BT7 products have not been sterilized or tested for safety or efficacy in food, medical, or cosmetic contexts.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Any material created with BT7 products must not be adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and must not violate Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act.
BT7 products may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. Purchasers are responsible for verifying compliance with TSCA or any equivalent regulation where applicable.
4. Product Handling and Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from BT7, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Research products carry inherent hazards.
- You are fully aware of the health, safety, and industrial hygiene requirements associated with handling such products.
- You will ensure that all individuals handling the materials are qualified, trained, and properly informed of potential risks.
BT7 reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to any customer deemed unqualified or suspected of misuse.
In no event shall BT7 be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. As a condition of sale, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold BT7 harmless from all claims, losses, and liabilities related to the use, handling, or storage of the purchased product.
5. Research Chemical Disclaimer
All research chemicals sold by BT7 are not dietary supplements and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
- You will use these products solely for lawful laboratory research.
- You understand and accept full responsibility for complying with all relevant local, state, and federal laws.
- You acknowledge that these products are exempt from regulation under Parts 100–740 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR).
6. Prohibited & Inappropriate Uses
BT7 products must not be used for:
- Oral consumption or injection (human or animal)
- Drugs, foods, cosmetics, or household chemicals
- Performance enhancement or athletic use
None of our products are approved by any athletic or sports governing body. Professional competitors should use only products explicitly approved by their athletic commission. BT7 is not responsible for any misuse or violation of athletic or regulatory guidelines.
7. International Buyers
Buyers outside Australia are responsible for ensuring their purchases comply with local import laws and regulations.
By ordering internationally, you agree that:
- You have reviewed and confirmed compliance with your country’s applicable laws.
- You accept all responsibility and liability for customs clearance, import duties, and local compliance.
- BT7 is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or regulatory actions in your jurisdiction.
All importation, customs, and legal liabilities remain solely with the buyer.
8. Intellectual Property
The listing or sale of a material on our website does not constitute a license or recommendation for its use in patent infringement.
All intellectual property rights related to BT7 products, names, and branding remain the exclusive property of BT7.
