Due to the nature of our products, strict return conditions apply to ensure safety, quality and compliance.
Product Use Disclaimer
All products sold by BT7 are supplied strictly for research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use or medical application. By purchasing from BT7, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only
- You understand the handling and storage requirements of these products
- You assume all responsibility for the safe use and handling of the products
BT7 is not liable for any misuse, improper handling or use outside of intended research purposes.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on any products.
This policy is in place to maintain strict quality control, product integrity and safety standards.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the product and packaging
All claims will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund as required.
Return Eligibility
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, damaged or incorrect
- The product remains unopened, unused and in its original sealed condition
- Return approval has been provided by BT7 prior to sending
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

If your return is approved:
- Carefully and securely package the item
- Include your order details
- Send the item to the address below

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BT7 is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may take 3–7 business days, depending on your provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified fault or error on our part.
Storage & Handling Responsibility
Peptides are highly sensitive products.
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Inspect the order immediately
- Store products correctly as per any provided instructions
- Ensure products are not exposed to heat, moisture or direct sunlight
BT7 is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, delayed collection or mishandling after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BT7 is not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from misuse or improper handling of products
- BT7 makes no representations or warranties regarding suitability for any purpose outside of research use
- All risk associated with use, handling and storage of products passes to the customer upon delivery
Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
