Delivery & Tracking

All domestic orders are sent via Australian Express Shipping and include tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your nominated email address so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Storage & Handling Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

To maintain product quality, items should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excess heat and moisture, unless alternative storage instructions are provided on the product or packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist.
